"The Lake House" is located on beautiful Mason Lake in Briggsville, WI. Our home is a freshly remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom lake house with 36 ft. of lake frontage. The property has a huge fenced in back yard, concrete patio and a new pier (2021) for outside fun. We can accommodate two vehicles on the black top driveway, public street parking and a large public parking lot for boat / rec. trailers right across the street. The property is also located on a ATV/UTV and snowmobile trail system.

This full log home is surrounded by woods and located on a dead-end road with just a few other homes down the road. Please be aware that there is no public river access on Bayview Ln. All surrounding land is privately owned and not open for use. The whole home is beautiful and cozy and features a loft with a custom daybed and a walk out lower level.

Quaint quiet two bedroom house with a full kitchen, spacious living room, hot tub, fire pit, gas grill along with a nice view of Castle Rock Lake. Relax with the whole family playing games at this peaceful place. This house is a no smoking , no pets. When using the hot tub, food and glass containers are not allowed.We have added a washer and dryer, electric fireplaces and a work space that is at the table in the rec room. The Wi-Fi is wireless.
