Beach Apartment with Garden in Stara Novalja

Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

Apartman I proteže se kroz cijeli 1. kat, sadrži predivnu prostranu terasu, te nudi nesvakidašnji doživljaj odmora uz spektakularan panoramski pogled na more koji ostavlja bez daha. Nema buke.Zrak je čist kao i more, plaze su divlje i na nekima nema nikoga, nema svjetlosnog zagađenja.Kada puše bura mozete uzivati u pogledu na zatvorenoj terasi Udaljenost od centra i dućana 7km,potreban je auto, bicikl, romobil.Kuća je u fazi renovacije ali Apartman 1 jepotpuno renoviran Dočekat ce Vas namješteni kreveti i ručnici,sapun, zamjenska posteljina *Nisu dopušteni glasni eventi i zabave

Unsere Ferienwohnung Sunset-Oase befindet sich in dem kleinen Örtchen Prizna an der Kvarner Bucht. Die Wohnung liegt in Erster Linie am Adriatischen Meer. Die Lagune ist direkt über einen eigenen Treppenzugang erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung wurde in 2017 neugebaut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die 15 m² große Terrasse  bietet einen romantischen Sonnenuntergang. Sie ist mit Sonnenliegen, Stühlen und Terrassentisch ausgestattet. Die Inseln PAK (3 km) und RAB (15 km) können schnell erreich werden.
