A charming 1940 brick duplex, updated for modern living in Reno's Wells Avenue district with yard, mountain views, cute garden, and off-street parking. The quaint 1bd features a queen bed, WiFi, work space, and an 80in projector with HD display and Bose speaker for a movie-like experience. We updated the entire interior - new plumbing, electrical, kitchen and bath. The result is a crisp white modern one-bedroom that provides everything you need for a relaxing holiday in the heart of Reno.

The Top Story

The Top Story is a cozy and unique apartment located on the second floor of an early 20th century farmhouse. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a full kitchen and seating area . Great space to unplug! This rustic farmhouse chic space is incredibly charming and authentic to the area; it also includes access to the front and backyard, sun soaked and full of flowers with an organic garden and seasonal pumpkin patch. Guests can star gaze while enjoying the fire pit or outside dining area.

Historic Stone Cottage near Tahoe City & Beach

This exquisite stone cottage, constructed in 1939 using rock sourced from the Tahoe basin, offers a unique blend of historical allure and modern comfort. Amenities include exclusive access to Tahoe Park’s private HOA beach and lakefront park, a wood-burning fireplace, and a private level 2 EV charger (fees apply). The cottage is central to all West Shore amenities, including trails, markets, and dining. **Please note the majority of Tahoe homes, including this cottage, do not have AC.**

The Foley Nest

Cozy up in this 2 room suite with attached bath, complete with private patio entrance, living area, large kitchenette, and dedicated parking spot. This suite is attached to our home but separated by a locked door. We are a short drive (5 min) from downtown, 8 min. to the airport, 35 - 40 min from several popular ski resorts. We are next to the Washoe Public Golf Course in one of the most beautiful, safe, and walkable neighborhoods in Reno. We offer EV charging upon request.

Our lake retreat is situated on Tahoe's picturesque North Shore.
