Our Timberline Lodge home is an exceptionally-styled 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom property, and is less than 5 minutes to Sugarloaf! Our home is unique - a main house with a master bedroom and a sleeping area in the loft, and a separate building (we call it the 'Barn') that has a sleeping area, with full bathrooms in both! Enjoy a cozy living room space, a charming dining room, and a kitchen that will fit all your needs. Want some privacy or need some quiet space to work, use the Barn's living room!

On the River 2 is located in the heart of the historic downtown Kingfield on Main street with river views of the Carrabassett river. Miss Lucy Lu (Lucy) is the cat residents who lives in this special apartment. She is the host and will greet you. She loves people. She is an indoor kitty. There is a restaurant next door, the gallery is downstairs, swimming out the back of the building. Sugarloaf mountain close by. Mountains of possibilities to explore in the western area of Maine.

Plenty of room to spread out in the condo with a game room downstairs and a hot tub to soothe your tired muscles after a day of play. Sugarloaf in the summer is magical. Welcome to our cozy Sugarloaf/Carrabassett Valley home! Sitting in the back of Redington is our private home with a hot tub, firepit & grill! There is ample parking for you & your friends. There's plenty of room for your skis, coats, and other items in the secure entryway.

Sugarloaf Ski House, 10 minutes to baselodge, shuttle on call, awesome views, near crosscountry trails, restaurants, Outdoor Center. In summer months, 10 minutes to Sugarloaf Golf Course. Easy access to bike/ hiking trails, waterways, fishing. You can ski in and out from your vehicle from the ends of Lots E and F when the Bucksaw Quad is running. There's a ticket Kiosk at the base of the lift.
