We are less than 5 minutes from our branch line station. Ideal for couples, single travellers, artists and those visiting family. Plenty of parking at the property. Ideally located between Truro (4 miles) and Falmouth (9 miles) with both the north and south Cornish coasts in easy striking distance. Minutes away from Trelissick Gardens with their beautiful woodland walks. 1 mile down the road is the King Harry Ferry taking you across the Fal to access the beautiful Roseland Peninsula. The Punchbowl & Ladle is a 5 minute walk away.

Our beautiful wooden cabin, is tucked away, with creek & countryside views, but still within the village. The cabin, boasts a fabulous private garden, with BBQ for both morning and evening sun. The living room includes futon company sofa bed, table, kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave ,toaster). A separate shower room, bedroom (king size beds). The private garden, offers patio furniture, BBQ, and access to shared children's swings. ( our children still like to use them!)

Estuary Cottage oozes character with beamed ceilings, sumptuous velvet furnishings, and the sights and sounds of the sea on the doorstep. There's a log burner for cosy nights in, and 2 sit-on-top kayaks and a paddleboard for adventures from Point Quay right on the doorstep. ★★★★★ Probably the most beautiful place we’ve stayed in the UK. 3 lovely pubs nearby, local shop 5 min drive, Truro & Falmouth 15 mins drive. Ideally located to explore beaches on north & south coasts.

The Studio Flat is on three levels. A comfortable lounge with big TV, sofa, fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave. Shower, sink, heated towel rail and toilet on level two, double bedroom with garden views on third level. I can pull out a single mattress for an extra third person. Private, separate entrance, off road car parking. Situated between Truro and Falmouth. An extremely handy location. Please note that it’s not suitable for babies or very young children.
