It has its own terrace and a communal solarium on the top floor of the building. The neighborhood is a quiet neighborhood, with numerous restaurants and shops. The apartment is very close to the subway station (stops: L7- Av.Tibidabo or L3 - Vallcarca). It will take you to the city center in just 10 minutes. Nearby there is the Museum of Science (CosmoCaixa) and there is also the famous "Tranvia Blau" (tram) which will take you to the Tibidabo.
