Maybe wine is more to your liking...it's a matter of which winery do I choose first. Enjoy hiking...then nearby Michaux State Forest is the perfect place to go or the Cumberland Rails to Trails. Perhaps you prefer to just relax and enjoy dinner on the deck or sit around a firepit and enjoy the evening. Whatever your preference, be sure to enjoy your "home away from home."

Your family will love having this historic B&B all to yourselves! Originally built to be a tavern in 1790, this 230+ year old building now features all the modern amenities families enjoy. We provide breakfast foods and other treats for you while giving you 100% privacy to make you feel right at home. This quaint 1,500 square feet carriage house is on the back of a property that is home to a 19th century Victorian know as "Glass Gable". In 2000 Walt and Diana Brown purchased this property and began restoration and remodeling. The woodwork and other accommodations throughout have all been carefully selected to provide the atmosphere of an European Chalet. The Carriage House is within walking distance to downtown Carlisle and its many historic attractions.

We celebrate all four seasons where you can enjoy Mother Nature's ever changing scenery at 1300' above sea level with fresh mountain air. Our area offers many things to do, or you may choose to stay in and do nothing at all.

This cozy home with covered front porch and open back deck is a great place to enjoy country sunrises or relaxed afternoons! An affordable & comfy place to spend the weekend or while enjoying the area attractions. With high-speed Internet it has made a great place to stay for business people & traveling nurses. It’s a place you can feel perfectly “at home” in. 🙂

Cabin in the Pines

Off the road but easily accessible secluded cabin located in a 135 acre pine forest. A bird watchers haven. Take your coffee on the covered deck and enjoy the peace, quiet and the wildlife. Sit around the campfire, free firewood is provided, enjoy a walk in the woods! Family friendly. We allow pets but have a two pet limit and they must be crated when unattended.
