Its restored open porch and balcony over look the cool spring waters as they meander past the property and under the wooden foot bridge. Shippensburg University and the Luhrs Center are less than 2 miles away as are numerous eateries and shopping experiences.

The Carriage House is within walking distance to downtown Carlisle and its many historic attractions.
