There are 3 acres of land to roam on and the views from the land are stunning! The lounge has north facing high angled windows allowing all day sun and provides stunning views of the hills beyond and the gorgeous Central Otago landscape. From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. Just Bee is a purpose built non Smoking, one bedroom apartment located in beautiful Wanaka. This new stylish and spacious fully equipped unit is a short 5 minute drive to Wanaka Township. Located at the base of Mt Iron (perfect for a short hike to some of the best views you'll find). Beautiful one bedroom, with full kitchen, living room and separate bathroom. Your own deck is the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine or cold beer after a busy day exploring, watching the sunset over Mt Roy.

Location is between Wanaka and the airport, only a minute or two drive to the lavender farm. Owned by a young family, please make sure you’re ok with hearing kids and sounds that come from a rural environment
