Comfort and charm of ancient and natural elements such a stone and wood, makes it unique, special, and ofcourse, homey. Great for a couple or a family/group of four. Equipped with everything for comfortable rest. Home, terrace and the view that you'll find hard to leave. I suggest to my guests to rent a small car, to avoid difficulty for passing the streets. However, the car is important for getting around.

It consists of a bedroom with two single beds, that can become a double bed, a bathroom, a kitchen dining room and a nice veranda with colorful flowers. From January 2025, the Municipality of Baunei requires the payment of a tourist tax at check-in: 1€ per day, per person, for a maximum of 7 days.

Alloggio tranquillo situato in aperta campagna e circondato da vigneti che dista circa 7 km dal mare (Marina di Cardedu, spiaggia di Museddu) ed è dotato di ampi spazi all'aperto, barbecue e piscina. L'appartamento è composto da zona giorno e bagno al piano terreno e due camere soppalcate di cui una matrimoniale e una doppia (quest'ultima adibita preferibilmente a stanza per bambini per altezza soffitto di circa 180 cm) dotate di condizionatore. Wifi, lenzuola e uso lavatrice compresi.

Due camere matrimoniali, ciascuna con bagno, bellissimo soggiorno/zona pranzo e cucina, inserita in una struttura immobiliare sita in zona residenziale riservata, raggiungibile da strada privata a vicolo cieco e poco trafficata. A soli 700 metri dal centro e a 3,5 km dalla spiaggia. Dotata di parcheggio e cortile. Punto forte della casa è l'ampia, incantevole e riservata veranda frontale con vista mare.

La casa vacanze Armandiola è immersa in un uliveto con piscina a pochi minuti di auto dal mare. Siamo a Cardedu, Ogliastra, costa est della Sardegna. Incluso nel prezzo: pulizia quotidiana (no angolo cottura e stoviglie); cambio settimanale della biancheria. Consegna cena a domicilio da Via Mare. Con il nostro olio extra vergine d'oliva produciamo anche i prodotti da bagno che troverete in casa. I nostri ospiti hanno il 10% di sconto al ristorante-pizzeria "Via Mare" a Cardedu.
