It's also perfect for exploring the Roaring Fork Valley. ** Please note that Tiny House is SMALL so might not be suitable for individuals not used to small spaces. *Aspen is a 40 min. drive from the property. *Glenwood Springs is a 20 min. drive from the property.

This brand new addition is attached to the original schoolhouse for the Town of Carbondale, built in 1883 and located in what is now called Satank, a quiet neighborhood in Carbondale. It also includes a fully-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, and a Cuisinart coffee maker. Mountain views visible from the living room and we are only eight minutes away from Beaver Creek! Two dogs live upstairs so best to be pet friendly.
