We offer 2 good-sized bedrooms, a main bathroom and open plan kitchen & living/dining area which steps out into a spacious garden with seating area & hot tub. Utilise the log burner in those colder months and cosy up with a nice glass of your favourite tipple

The quaint town of St Ives bustles with shops & restaurants just over a mile away which is served by the charming St Ives branch line.

Our bungalow D9-Mousehole at Hayle Towans in St Ives Bay providing a homely setting that is convenient for the fabulous beaches and travelling around the beautiful West Cornwall and Lizard areas. Ideal for families and dog owners with parking just outside. Close by are beaches, pubs, cafes, shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Hayle is well served by rail and bus, including links to the airport at Newquay, with sea and air links to the Isles of Scilly from nearby Penzance.

*NOTE: no cleaning fee* This is a quiet, cosy four room separate annexe, perfect for beach goers, walkers, or a base to discover the rest of Cornwall. There is a well equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed, sitting room, and south facing patio garden. You have two off-road parking spaces with an EV charger. Swanpool Beach and the South West Coast Path are just an 8 min walk away. The famous 'Gylly' Beach and Falmouth are a further 15 mins along the coastal path.

St Ives Beach House with parking & large terrace.

This detached property is situated in a private road overlooking Porthmeor Beach. It is light and spacious with a large and very comfortable living area. There is an outside terrace with sea views. Parking for 2 cars in parking bay on private road. Bedding for 1 x double bed and 3 x single beds is provided - and 1 x bath towel and 1 x hand towel for each guest. Guests must be able to manage steps down to the property entrance and the hill down to the harbour area.

It is situated within 100 acres of woodland, in a peaceful corner of the grounds of St Ives Holiday Village. The nearest year round dog welcoming beach is less than 5 minutes drive away and the centre of St Ives is a 10 min drive away. The local bus service calls into the park entrance during high season so you can leave the car parked up if you wish.

Gardener’s Cottage is a peaceful retreat with its own private walled garden and off road parking, hidden away in the heart of St Agnes, a few minutes walk from the village centre and local shops and within walking distance of the beach. The comfortable accommodation includes a bedroom with a SUPER KING size double bed and en suite bathroom with walk in rain shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area with wood burning stove, wi-fi and TV.

The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.

A modern semi detached bungalow located just a mile from the beaches of Prussia Cove and Perranuthnoe and 2 miles from the ancient Cornish town of Marazion home to St Michael's Mount. Located midway between the towns of Penzance and Helston each approximately 7 miles away. Ideally located to explore Cornwall. There is a pub, fish and chip shop and Co- op a 5 minute walk away. We accept a maximum of 2 dogs. Sky TV and sport and TNT sport available.

St Ives/Carbis Bay, with parking, Little House

Great location, parking for 1 average sized car. Residential area 10 mins walk to Carbis Bay beach (longer return as uphill). Around 40 mins walk along pretty coastal path, 5 minutes by road or take the short coastal train journey to St Ives. Local shop and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. Bus and train stops close by to explore St Ives and the rest of Cornwall which have excellent beaches, art, history, eateries and countryside.
