We are a 15-mi drive on an unpaved road, off-grid with full plumbing, but NO electricity. We provide hot water, grill & stove, propane, firewood & emergency internet. Walking distance to town, restaurants, SLV Museum, Scenic RR, library, and right in front of the Beautiful Cole Park. 40 Winks #2 has a Full Kitchen- Large Refrigerator, Stove, dishwasher and Microwave. Bedroom with full size bed. Pullout couch in the living area. Full Shower. Washer and Dryer unit. Unit #1 is a LARGE King Suite and there are No adjoining doors.

Monte Vista Wildlife Refuge within 8 miles. Off street parking allows room for recreational vehicle parking as well. This cozy apartment of 500 sq ft is perfect for 2, but can accommodate 4 with the queen bedroom and the futon which makes into a queen size bed. No TV. Monte Vista is a small rural town.

We offer a great cabin, a stones thrown from the river on our elk ranch. Our all-season cabin can accommodate couples, or groups up to 6, and serve as a home base or launching spot for the areas countless activities. We also offer fly fishing access, if available with a rod fee, this is seperate from cabin, and must be booked in advance. We charge a $100 per pet fee.
