Our car-free paradise is a destination like no other. Only steps to the beach, Hakuna Matata provides the perfect escape. The home is complete with marble floors throughout, a granite kitchen and minibar, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We have two king beds, a queen, and triple bunks. An entertainment area is complete with a private pool, sitting area, pool table and ping pong table, television, outdoor games, a grill, and an outdoor shower. Two golf carts are provided for your stay to explore.

The villa has a spacious bedroom with a luxurious king bed, living room with a pull-out sleeper sofa, to accommodate guests.

Pearl is a cottage duplex hidden on a private access lane, beautifully and newly decorated. An Island retreat surrounded by tropical vegetation, bathed in sun, and gaurded by waters and waves that seduce you into forgetting the laundry you still have to do at home. Walkability score, 10. Pearl rests less than 3 blocks from Captiva Village. Searing sunrises, alfresco dining, the beach, island shops, live music, and fiery sunsets await you. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. It is a 7 min walk to the beach and the village where you can dine and shop. Has a heated community pool and tennis courts. The pool and pool house is down for renovations between 8-18-11-30. House has a small side yard where the family can sit and enjoy the outdoors or play games. Bikes are also included, and it comes equipped with beach towels, wagon, umbrella, cooler, fishing poles and beach chairs.

“Sand Dollars”—a 2 bed, 2 bath beach house on North Captiva, a private island only accessible by boat. A quick 30 minute trip from Pine Island, North Captiva is a golf cart only island (that’s right, no cars!) that has the best beaches and shelling in the area. Sand Dollars is located one block in from the beach (200 steps). Sand Dollars has a Island Club membership with access to 2 swimming pools, paddle boards, kayaks. BYOB—bring your own boat and park at our boat slip (extra fee).
