Landelijk gastenverblijf, dichtbij Rotterdam

Achter onze woonboerderij staat een los gastenverblijf op ons erf. Het huisje is rustig en landelijk gelegen, maar centraal qua omgeving. Het is compleet, voor max 2 personen, met privacy en vrij uitzicht aan de achterkant van het huisje op een weiland, waar in de zomer met regelmaat wat koeien van de buren lopen en in de winter soms wat schapen. Onze boerderij is verder niet meer in functie; we hebben enkel nog kippen (die los over het erf lopen) en er zijn een paar konijnen en postduiven.

🌿 Ons modern ingericht studio heeft een woon/slaapkamer, eigen badkamer en keuken. U heeft een eigen ingang en het is op de begane grond. Helemaal voor uzelf. Het is voorzien van airconditioning voor verwarming of koeling. Een ruimte met een lichte en rustige uitstraling, prima om te ontspannen. In een rustige buurt. Centraal t.o.v. The house is located in Capelle aan den IJssel, located in a quiet residential area and everything is within easy reach. 5 minutes away from the A20 in combination with free private parking and public parking. If you go by train it is 14 minutes to Rotterdam Central Station and 3 minutes to Rotterdam Alexandrium. From our house it is 4 minutes’ walk to the station and there is a shopping center next to the station. There are total 4 bedrooms with 1.4m-1.8m wide size beds available.

Our rebuild shed is a wonderful place to relax, partly due to alpacas Guus, Joop, Ted, Freek, Bloem and Saar and mini donkeys Bram and Smoky who will greet you on arrival. With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.

Bed & Bike The Gardenhouse - Rotterdam

In our backyard we have a charming guest house. You have your own place for a maximum of two people. The only thing we share is the garden. It offers an unique stay close to the river Rotte and two large parks, the Kralingse Bos and the Lage Bergse Bos. There are two bikes you can use for free. When you come by car, in this part of the city you can park for free as well.
