Het is voorzien van airconditioning voor verwarming of koeling. Een ruimte met een lichte en rustige uitstraling, prima om te ontspannen. In een rustige buurt. Centraal t.o.v. Rotterdam, de windmolens van Kinderdijk (7km), Ahoy-Rotterdam (13km) en Gouda (13km). Ook leuk met de waterbus naar Rotterdam of Dordrecht. 🚲 E-Bikes te huur.

Landelijk gastenverblijf, dichtbij Rotterdam

Achter onze woonboerderij staat een los gastenverblijf op ons erf. Het huisje is rustig en landelijk gelegen, maar centraal qua omgeving. Het is compleet, voor max 2 personen, met privacy en vrij uitzicht aan de achterkant van het huisje op een weiland, waar in de zomer met regelmaat wat koeien van de buren lopen en in de winter soms wat schapen. Onze boerderij is verder niet meer in functie; we hebben enkel nog kippen (die los over het erf lopen) en er zijn een paar konijnen en postduiven.

Kom heerlijk onthaasten in de Krimpenerwaard! 10 minuten rijden vanaf Gouda ligt langs de rivier de IJssel dit mooie gezellige vakantieverblijf. Uit de drukte van de stad kun je hier tot rust komen en prachtige wandel- en fiets routes maken door het polderlandschap. Het appartement is 36 m2 en zeer compleet met eigen keuken, douche, toilet, zithoek, eethoek, wifi, bedlinnen, badhanddoeken en eigen parkeergelegenheid. The house is located in Capelle aan den IJssel, located in a quiet residential area and everything is within easy reach. 5 minutes away from the A20 in combination with free private parking and public parking. If you go by train it is 14 minutes to Rotterdam Central Station and 3 minutes to Rotterdam Alexandrium. From our house it is 4 minutes’ walk to the station and there is a shopping center next to the station. There are total 4 bedrooms with 1.4m-1.8m wide size beds available.

With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.

In our backyard we have a charming guest house. You have your own place for a maximum of two people. The only thing we share is the garden. It offers an unique stay close to the river Rotte and two large parks, the Kralingse Bos and the Lage Bergse Bos. There are two bikes you can use for free. When you come by car, in this part of the city you can park for free as well.
