This home is perfect for a family or a small group looking to spend time in the area and enjoy Lake Ontario during all four seasons.

The Love Shack- 1 Bedroom Retreat

This cozy, rustic cottage is perfect for settling in, relaxing, fishing, swimming, and reading a book. Yes, you can do all of that simultaneously. Shallow, warm water awaits you at this simple oasis. Relax under the large covered deck on a hanging swing or soak in the sun on the lower deck. Inside there is one bedroom with a double bed with storage under. The kitchen, living room with futon, and dining room are convenient areas. A pint of Knapp's Sapp Shack syrup is provided upon arrival.

Just a block from watching the ships travel between the Great Lakes and Atlantic Ocean on the St. Lawrence River Seaway, village dock, and local history museum. Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. This little cottage has just what you need for a simple, easy-going getaway in the quaint village of Cape Vincent. It is freshly painted and updated with new flooring, window treatments, and upgraded with new furnishings and appliances. View the beautiful St. Lawrence River from inside or out. The convenient location makes it easy to walk to a number of restaurants, shops, and events often taking place in the village. A boat dock is available nearby for an extra fee.

The Chez Heron. A small gothic castle in Chaumont

The Chez Heron was built in 1872 out of local limestone and was made to resemble a small Gothic castle. It is nationally registered as a historical structure. It is set up for 1 couple looking for a peaceful getaway. Full kitchen. We will have a bottle of champagne chilling for you .We have an outside Hot Tub and Fire area for you to relax and enjoy. Located within the vilage of Chaumont and walking distance to several local businesses.

Your group will be comfortable in this open floor plan home, five minutes from Cape Vincent and twelve minutes from Clayton. Clean, cozy and comfortable. Sleeps seven comfortably. Three bedrooms (one king bed, one full and one queen,) two bathrooms and a desk area. There is a single, comfortable bed in the office area also with a privacy screen. Flat screens in the living and master, free wifi is also available.

Our renovated farmhouse (built 1840) has been transformed into a peaceful family retreat where we like to spend our days outside, and wind down at night in this rustic family camp. For over six years we have been working to create a place to build memories for our family, and we look forward to sharing our space with other families hoping to do the same.

Enjoy the views from the deck. There is also a conveniently located public boat launch and public beach area at the top of the road.
