Beth's Place II - on the river - is a private apartment above our garage, offering a separate entrance and a great private outdoor space with a hot tub. The tastefully furnished cozy apartment provides an ideal relaxing setting with beautiful views. Outfront is our new pickleball court & putting green for our guests' enjoyment! We are located just 1 mile from downtown Potsdam, 1 mile from Clarkson, 2 miles from SUNY Potsdam, and 10 miles from SLU and SUNY Canton. We know you'll love our place!

Sleep at the Stables- A Country Retreat

Enjoy our country getaway on 130 acres, just minutes from Clarkson University, SUNY Potsdam, St. Lawrence University and SUNY Canton. Explore our horse barn, hiking trails, stream, or relax by the pond. We are located close to great snowmobiling and skiing trails also! The studio apartment is located above a newly constructed garage, that is not attached to our house so you have plenty of privacy. It is an open layout with a queen bed, a daybed, and a twin trundle that can be pulled out.

Village apartment near SLU

Enjoy being easy walking distance to St. Lawrence University and main street. The efficiency apartment has a full kitchen and cozy combined bedroom and seating room with a view over the deck and backyard where a BBQ is available. The entrance from the deck is private and separate from the main house where I live with two quiet dogs on a friendly street. The apartment is 20 m walking/5 m driving to SUNY Canton and 15 m driving to Potsdam. There are also trails and two golf courses nearby.

At our clean and comfortable Loft suite, you will find yourself close to the colleges and downtown activities, while staying in a country setting on six acres of land, beautiful trees, dark, star-lit nights, and we have a swing set in the backyard. You will enjoy a completely private unit with its own private entrance and no shared spaces at all. Clarkson University is close enough to see from the property. Stay in the village of Potsdam with beautiful views. This property is located directly on the Raquette River. This two-bedroom home is truly walking distance to the village of Potsdam - 1-2 mi to both SUNY Potsdam and Clarkson. Access to the river, private laundry, fully-stocked kitchen, kayaks, and luxury bedding. Enjoy all Potsdam has to offer with this centrally-located retreat! We support local. This is a beautifully renovated house. River access for kayaking, canoeing, swimming. kayaks and life jackets are available for guests. There is a large back yard with a firepit facing the water as well as a back porch/deck and a large side/front deck to enjoy watching the water and wildlife. The area is quiet and peaceful but yet directly located in the town of Potsdam. There are window AC units in each bedroom as well as central heat.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located Studio Apartment. One block from SLU campus and our Village Main Street attractions. This studio is a great spot to hang your hat if you plan on spending most of your time out and about enjoying the area with friends and family. Please be aware that the studio is a unit in an apartment house that is fully occupied. You may see or hear other tenants while staying here.
