Il soggiorno dispone di un grande divano che può essere adibito a due posti letto singoli. All'esterno, un piccolo angolo verde. Non sono ammessi animali ed è vietato fumare. An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

Chers hôtes, Voici notre charmant et lumineux appartement de 60m² en plein cœur de Venise (zone Cannaregio) dans un palais historique du XVIème. Au fond d’une ruelle sans issue donnant sur le canal, vous ne serez pas dérangé par le bruit. Il s'agit d'un palais familial où seulement moi, mon oncle et ma tante y vivons, vous ne serez donc pas dérangé par le bruit du voisinage. Mon appartement dans lequel je vis est juste au-dessus du vôtre.
