This cozy 2-story home sits on 10 acres in the Chama River Valley, with views of Cerro Pedernal and the mountains. Rustic, cozy, with all basic amenities. Ideal for the solo artist or couple. Hiking + hot springs nearby, including Ghost Ranch, Poshuouingue ruins & Ojo Caliente Springs! Most pets are welcome (for a pet fee). We are located 55mins from Santa Fe, and 5hrs from Denver. Abiquiu is a destination frequented by artists, writers, spirit seekers, and nature lovers from around the world. Courtyard Casita, Santa Fe / Pojoaque

Originally our family library, the Courtyard Casita is loaded with shelves and charm - including an original kiva fireplace (and plenty of firewood), comfortable queen bed, smart TV and a small but newly renovated bathroom. It has a hotel kitchen, with a microwave, coffee and fridge. Right outside the private entrance is a quaint courtyard, surrounded by the rest of Old Llama Ranch. Dogs welcome. We are unable to accept cats.
