While this is a duplex all that is shared is the garages and parking. so you don't hear the neighbors if their TV is turned up to high. Inside you will find a nice fully furnished house that sleeps 7. one King bed with Privat bathroom one Queen bed One Bunk bed with Double bed on the bottom and single bed up top.

Sunset Mountain Log Cabin Retreat - Upper Unit

Welcome to the Sunset Mountain Log Cabin Retreat! Our cabin is a beautiful, quiet getaway in the forested mountains just outside of Divide, CO. The cabin is decorated with rustic mountain cabin decor and has been completely updated and remodeled. Perfect for a couple's getaway. If you rent the upper unit we do not have anyone in the lower unit but the whole house is available for use with family or friends to share the entire cabin! This is a very small, but newly renovated tiny house! 12' x 16' one room, queen bed, nice size shower and toilet with barn door for privacy in bathroom. Sit-up bar with two stools, smart TV with electric fireplace in the corner gives it a touch of romance! Loveseat with ottoman. Small loft that kids could sleep in for short stays. Small coffee pot, under counter fridge, and nice size mirror over farm sink.

Our mountain home is great for family gatherings, friends and children of all ages! This unique cabin was built by a local lumberjack and has a custom carving of Paul Bunyan in the living room. It is on the south end of town, about 5 min. from historic downtown. Rafting, hiking, zip lining, the Royal Gorge are all just minutes away from this comfortable stay.
