Peaceful & Cozy Private Living Space- Pond View

You will have the entire basement-- two bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen area, & living room-- to yourself. We are in a wooded setting a couple of miles from town. You'll be able to enjoy your own patio entrance (pond view) with access to a firepit. We are close to the White Pine Trail, the perfect place to walk or jog. We think you'll find the space peaceful & cozy. There is a stairway to the upstairs, but it is curtained off for privacy. You will have the entire floor & entrance to yourself!

Welcome to Swan Cottage. Nestled in a quiet cove on a large lake, this waterfront cottage has 66' of shoreline with private beach; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and a stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage is very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we do provide ground stakes & cable ties. And throughout the warmer weather months (May-October), guests also have FREE & exclusive use of a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks, paddle boat and private dock on the property.

A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

Little Log cabin on the Big Muskegon River.

This sweet little cabin on the river is a remodeled/updated log cabin from the 1940’s. Simple and slightly rustic, with everything you need for a comfortable stay! We think it has the best view on the whole river. There is shallow water and a sand bar mid-river in front of the house. The swans, geese, ospreys and Bald Eagles are a treat to watch. The cabin is a relaxing and intimate getaway for couples. It is cozy in the winter with a small hot tub overlooking a beautiful view.

Lakefront Strawberry Haus has three bedrooms (plus a futon) 10-12 with two on a futon and 2 on a sofa bed, providing the ultimate family getaway. The cozy interior provides a balance of comfort and amenities for endless entertainment! The covered deck and hot tub allows direct protected access to the lakeside dock equipped with kayaks and paddle boat. The game room includes amenities such as a 420 game video console, shuffleboard/bowling table, toys, books, board and card games
