High end finishes, in-unit laundry, fully stocked kitchenette, and a private patio make this the perfect spot to stay for a weekend or longer. The entire unit is aired out, cleaned and disinfected after each stay. All linens (including blankets & comforter) are washed after every stay. And there is NO CLEANING FEE charged.

This is a space efficient, stand-alone unit suitable for a maximum of two guests. One driveway parking space is provided. The owner has 2 dogs that will bark as you come and go from the apartment. The owner lives next door and is happy to help with activity planning and trip suggestions.

Our place is very private - just 3 miles from I-25 with magnificent views of the Front Range. We have 4 acres in the middle of farm land and share it with goats and Maddie. Maddie is a “free range” pig who loves roaming the property and saying hello. The space is private and has a full kitchen/bath and W/D. We are centrally located between Estes Park (and Rocky Mtn NP) , Boulder, Ft. Collins, Denver, Greeley, Loveland and Longmont.
