Enjoy our RGV bird specialties such as Green Jays, Altamira Oriole, and others.

Arroyo City Cottage Fishing and Relax

150 ft. of fishing pier walkway plenty of room Water frontage and sits on over an acre of privacy. Features a 2 bedroom with queen ,1 sofa sleeper, 1 bath cottage accommodates 6 occupants comfortably. There is 1 queen size bed and twin beds in the adjacent room . Includes a dining table with seating for 4 and a kitchenette with a full sized stove/oven and refrigerator. Pot, pans, dinnerware are stocked in cabinet for your fresh catch of the day dinner plans. Don’t forget your fishing rods.

We are conveniently located between South Padre Island,Brownsville,Harlingen and to all four international bridge crossings from Los Indios to Brownsville.For the enjoyment of all birdwatchers we are located in the middle of 3 major wildlife refugees. One being Laguna Atascosa National Wildlife Refuge. We're also 6miles away from windmill farm.

Welcome to Bella Luna Sea Cottage! Beautiful sea cottage and newly remodeled is perfect for your vacation getaway. Enjoy the amenities at LIV including indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, Pickleball /tennis, 18 hole-par 3 Golf Course, tennis, shuffle board, mini golf, gym, restaurant and so much more! Guests must check in at the Long Island Village between 9am-5pm to pay for their vehicle passes (two vehicles max) and wristbands. This is a $90 fee that will be paid directly to Long Island Village

Tiki No. 1 - Fishing Cabin

Small cottage with shared fishing dock. There are three cottages on this slim parcel of land. All three share the fishing dock. This cottage is furtherest from the water however is a two minute walk past the other two cabins to get down to dock. Free on-site parking. Has wi-fi, kitchen, one bedroom, two beds (both queens), and two full baths. Has bbq pit so bring your cookout kit and wood. Super peaceful and great place to just get away. Perfect for a small family looking to make memories.

Jefferson House B - Brownsville Historic District

Cozy rental home perfect to enjoy your next family vacation. It is located in Brownsville Historic District. This beautiful piece of local history was built in the early 1900's and recently remodeled, has two rooms and a beautiful private patio where you can enjoy bird watching. It is within walking distance from Washington Park (Home of the Sombrero Fest), Gladys Porter Zoo, Market Square, Brownsville Museum of Fine Arts and UTRGV. South Padre Island & Boca Chica Beach are 25 minutes away.

Beautiful modern 2 bedroom 2 bath family cottage. Check in starts at Resort Center for parking pass and amenities wristbands. An $90 administrative fee has to be paid to HOA for the parking and the amenities wristbands. If Long Island Village Resort Center is closed, drive to the security gate. Key pad will give you instructions to contact security to register for the night ***Registration must be completed next morning***. You will be able to access all areas of the home. Great location!

The cottage is in a prime location- it is close to the Port so the drive to the beach is very convenient/easy, it’s also close to the airport and spacex.

Philoxenia - Birding Paradise

This is a cozy and quiet cottage located 15 minutes from the Harlingen International Airport. The cottage is on 10 acres of birding paradise. Expect to see and hear hummingbirds, green jays, parrots, doves, tropical parulas, sparrows, kiskadees, and Altamira orioles, as well as squirrels, rabbits, and other small critters. You can expect a very comfortable bed and surroundings. Only the people booked are allowed to be on the property. Do not book if you will not be present.
