Midcoast Maine is home to many great restaurants, shops, and art galleries, as well as events such as the National Toboggan Championships, North Atlantic Blues Festival, Maine Lobster Festival, and more! With Rockland just a quick 15 min. drive and Belfast located approximately half an hour north, you’ll be in a prime location to experience everything this area has to offer.

Take in the ocean views from our quiet hilltop just 20 minutes from downtown Camden and 10 minutes from Belfast. This newly constructed above garage studio apartment is private, full of light, and effortlessly off-grid. The studio features a king-sized bed, table and chairs, comfy chair and bean bag, as well as a full bath. The patio area gives breathtaking views of the bay and island. There is also a separate living/dining room makes this the perfect spot to rest/recoup. Most all your homey needs can be met. The is not a full kitchen but food prep space, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and refrigerator are accessible 24/7. NO CLEANING LISTS! VACCINATION REQUIRED Minimum 3 day stay for holidays

Beautiful hand built cabin, overlooking Cotton Pond. Ten minutes from Camden, the sailing mecca of the east coast. Solar lights, (we are off the grid) gravity fed kitchen water, gas-hot water outdoor shower, outhouse overlooking the forest. Hiking trails everywhere! Swimming across the road on Hobbs Pond. If you book in November, there is a possibility that if it gets cold, you will not have a hot outdoor shower and will use water from a 5 gallon ceramic container for drinking and cooking.

This is a great home base to explore all that the Midcoast area has to offer.
