Welcome to Cairn Cottage, a classic one-room, stone cottage sitting a stones throw from the Osage Arm of The Lake of the Ozarks (69MM). Relax in nature from the hot tub year around. From May to September (and sometimes later) you can enjoy the Kayaks and SUPs at the lake lot. Please note that the cottage and lake lot are a short golf cart ride from each other. A boat slip is available 5/31-9/7 upon request. We always recommend travel insurance but especially encourage it during winter months.

This one-bed 475 sq ft waterfront home offers stunning views on prime waterfront, it comes complete with a 2 well doc (one boat lift 8000 lbs, both 10 feet wide by 30 feet long), 2 PWC lifts as well as 2 kayaks. Private, cozy little cabin originally built in 1945. It's an ideal location to enjoy beautiful Lake of the Ozark's. The updated cabin is close to restaurants, shopping, boat launches, and golf courses. Queen bed, full sofa sleeper and a twin XL in the loft. Small bathroom has a shower.

Come relax and enjoy time on the lake at Wet Feet Retreat. Private swim dock and boat ramp. Fantastic Big Niangua location with quick access to everything. Swim in the lake directly from shore or off the dock. Great windows for lake viewing and lots of seating at table and large island. Enjoy evening fires around the firepit. Plenty of outdoor furniture to relax upon. Paved roads all the way to the front door. Ha-Ha-Tonka State Park, Bridal Cave and city park just a stones throw away.

Get ready to make memories at this large WATERFRONT lake home! It is within the TanTarA Estates which is adjacent to the Margaritaville Resort. It features a concrete 32' deep by 30' wide dock with swim platform. Our cove is tucked far back, so you’ll avoid dealing with large main channel waves. Any stays 28 days or longer will require any guests 18 years old or older to complete a background check, credit score check, and sign a lease agreement. All payments are made through AirBNB.

The Lower Deck at Wet Feet Retreat is a private, lakefront lower-level apartment available only during the off-season. Ideal for a quiet getaway or short-term stay, it features a queen bedroom, smart TVs, high-speed internet, a cozy living and dining area, and a kitchenette with sink, compact fridge, microwave, air fryer, and induction burner. Secluded at the end of a private drive on the quiet end of the Lake of the Ozarks, our lake home offers recreation, relaxation, and fishing opportunities. The house is on the water at the 67MM of the lake and features 300 feet of private shoreline. A deck that overhangs the water is just a few steps from a patio equipped with a propane/charcoal grill and outdoor cooking area. Two kayaks are included to explore the shoreline and its wildlife. Looking for privacy, peace and quiet, and a great view? You've found the right home! Is this the best view on the lake? We're biased but it's definitely one of the best for the price! This is not a lake front property but it's elevated above all of the houses in front of it so you will still feel like you are on the lake. In the morning when the sun rises and bounces off the lake it might give you goose bumps. After 3 years of owning this house I still get them.
