Only 8 miles from Cambridge, so perfect for visiting or working in the city or the surrounding area and 2 miles from IWM Duxford.

The village boasts popular and quaint pub, renowned for its food (The Crown). The Annex is detached from the main house, Lounge/Kitchen area, Bathroom, Two ground floor Bedrooms, with a third double situated in what was a Hay Loft (not suitable for children under 14 years of age). Recently re-furbished. Ample parking on the drive for 2 to 3 cars.

Fresh, contemporary 2 storey 1 bedroom property ideal for a couple, with capacity to sleep another adult or child. The entire annex is yours for your stay. Hauxton is a quiet, attractive village located just 3.9 miles south of Cambridge city centre – nature, green spaces and rural walks in abundance yet super easy to get into Cambridge, the perfect base to explore. London access nearby (rail or road) and a 5 minute drive from the M11. Discounts may be available for long stays.

However ,it is essential you contact us first if you are wanting to bring more than 2 people , or stay longer than 3 months, as we can offer some flexibility on this, but only by consultation, instant booking only applies to one or 2 guests for up to 90 days.Thanks
