Bedroom 1- Kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, chest of drawers and hanging rail. Bedroom 2- Double bed, chest of drawers and coat hooks. Living room- TV with Amazon Firestick, Netflix. Large DVD collection and DVD player. 2 x comfy sofas. Dining table with benches to seat 4. Kitchen- very well equipped for those who love to cook. Microwave, Dualit toaster and kettle, gas cooker, oven, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine including coffee pods. Bathroom- with bath and shower over bath. The apartment is accessed by its own staircase. The parking space is right next to the apartment. I am a Cambridge local and happy to share my knowledge if you need any tips, recommendations or advice. I am a new host and keen to make sure my guests have the best stay possible! Please get in touch if you encounter any problems and I will do my best to rectify them as soon as possible. Located in the lively Hills Road neighborhood, the apartment just across the street from the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens. The historic city center, home to the city’s most famous landmarks, is also within easy walking distance. Buses run regularly and stop on Hills road. The train station is 5 mins walk away. Most places of interest are easily walked to or cycled to. Parking for 1 car is provided. There is short stay pay and display parking for additional vehicles near by but it may be difficult to park a second car for longer periods.

Central Cambridge is 15 minutes by bike or 30–35 minutes on foot from the house, or 10 minutes by bus from Mill Road. Ideal for couples, small families, or visiting professionals.

Ten minutes walk to Shelford Train Station (Liverpool St Line to London and Cambridge). On bus route to Addenbrookes hospital and Cambridge town centre. Village centre with bakery, butcher, supermarket and eateries just a stroll away. THE SPACE Refurbished en-suite room . Minutes walk from the station and city centre - this self-contained, Artist's Studio has a sleep/dining/work area and a mezzanine sleeping space and is full of light. Anyone is welcome to stay here - you don't have to be an artist - whether you are in business, an academic, sightseer, musician, 2 individuals or a couple - everyone likes the tranquil environment and the easy access to Cambridge and the lively Mill Road. NOTE. Not for small children and some with mobility issues - check photos.

This garden retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility with a private outdoor seating area. Parking is not available on the premises however parking areas nearby can be recommended.

There is a small courtyard garden between our house and the property. You're welcome to use our garden to sit out if you would like.

Beautifully appointed double room with its own shower-room and mini-kitchen. Light, bright and luxurious all in one go. The cabin is accessed via the side passage of the main house, meaning you can come and go as you please. A lit path winds down the garden to this gorgeous cedar-clad structure with a meadow roof and nature walls. You’ll feel like you’re in a country hideaway whilst also being very centrally located. Inside it’s light and airy whilst also quiet and cosy.

Cosy self contained annex

A newly built, small but practical, self contained annex adjoined to the side of the main house by the side and from the ceiling. It has it's own entrance for privacy and a key safe that allows guests to let themselves in. It's an ideal place for a short term stay and offers good value in a very expensive city. It has a small kitchen area with microwave, toaster, mini fridge and kettle. The annex also has a desk work space and a shower.

Studio City Centre

This is a small studio, nothing fancy, quiet and light, in the city centre of Cambridge. It has a small kitchen and bathroom, internet and everything you need to look after yourself whilst visiting. The location is close to the colleges, pubs and shops. You have your own access in and out through the side door into the back yard, a throughway also used by the family including dogs and bikes.
