The bathroom is a semi-ensuite located in our laundry but solely for the use of the guest. There is a door directly from the room.

You have your own bathroom "not shared",we share living area,corridor. outdoor Spa pool(in the back yard have to walk through the living room).you also have your own entry to keep your privacy.

Note, following completion of the reno's, the BnB is totally separate to the owners living spaces, there are no shared spaces as mentioned in past reviews.

Need a place to stay while enjoying rowing at Karapiro, cycling the many tracks or just enjoying the beauty of Cambridge. We are only 6km from the lake and an easy drive to central Cambridge. Our home is down the end of a private lane and enjoys peaceful, quiet surroundings. Continental breakfast provided. The room is on a separate wing of our home, with it’s own entrance. There is a king sized bed and modern ensuite.
