Hilltop Guesthouse #1

Our guest house is a private detached studio apartment. Close to many local activities, including Kingdom Trails mountain biking, V.A.S.T. snowmobiling, Burke Mountain Resort and beautiful Lake Willoughby. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. The bathroom has an upright shower, and full linens and towels are provided. We invite you to come stay with us and spend time seeing what Northern Vermont has to offer.

Immerse yourself in the quintessential Vermont experience at Storeybrook Farm. This rescue horse sanctuary is located amidst rolling hills, mountain vistas and a tranquil pond. "The Carriage House” is our largest suite with a fully equipped kitchen (stocked upon request), that opens up to a dining area with forest views. The living room features a woodburning fireplace and 2 built in queen bed "bunks". Enjoy sun-soaked pasture views from the main bedroom or while soaking in the clawfoot bathtub.

The Log Cabins are located in Sutton VT, just 6 miles off exit 24 of 91. They are within 10 minutes to Burke Mountain resort and 30 minutes to Willoughby Lake and Crystal Lake. Included in the cabins are a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a living room, Dinning room, Bathroom, field and fire pit. With the town of Lyndonville just 6 miles away, you will find all your necessities such as groceries, gas, and firewood. We invite you to enjoy a private, relaxing, and adventurous stay in the mountains.

Minutes away from Burke and just a hop off of I-91, this is your start and end to a great day in the NEK. There is a large bedroom and bathroom downstairs with three smaller bedrooms and a small half bath upstairs. There is ample parking and a fenced in yard if you want to bring your dog. There is a stream and hiking trail out back with an active sugar house with tours available upon request. Plenty of wood and a fire pit outside. Starlink internet to upload your adventures at blazing speed!

Inside you will find an open concept kitchen/dining/living room, tv room, 2 bedrooms with king sized beds and 2 bathrooms with showers.. We are 15 minutes from St. J and 25 from Littleton. Striking distance to lots of fun stuff. For skimobilers, there's a trail from the cabin that connects with the VAST network.

Lakeview Cottage is adorable and located on one of Vermont's cleanest and most beautiful lakes, Crystal Lake! It's in the heart of the Northeast Kingdom, in the charming town of Barton. Sit around the outdoor firepit and soak in the view! You're just steps away from beaches and a dock. You'll find great swimming, fishing, boating, hiking, golfing, and mountain biking. Welcome to your cozy retreat nestled in the heart of West Burke, Vermont! This charming tiny luxury cabin offers a serene escape with breathtaking views of Burke Mountain and its surrounding wilderness. The cabin features a well-appointed living area, perfect for unwinding after a day of outdoor adventures. Whether you're curling up with a good book by the fireplace or enjoying a cup of coffee on the deck overlooking the tranquil pond and apple orchard, relaxation comes naturally here.

Russell's Cabin

Quaint log cabin. Access to Coronary on Kingdom Trails is right across the road when the trails are open. What to do during STICK SEASON? Gravel ride and hike, of course!!!! Sleeps 1-4. Upstairs bedroom has a king bed that can be split into two twin XL beds...whatever works best for you. Futon in downstairs living area can sleep 2. We also have two memory foam folding beds available if sleeping on a futon isn't your thing for the 3rd/ 4th guests.

Razzle's Cabin trailside

Razzle's cabin is on the Kingdom Trails! Right out the front door is the Coronary Bypass trail that connects to the entire network! Minutes from Burke Mountain! It's a quiet, private setting off from West Darling Hill road. Huge sunny deck with grill and picnic table along with comfy seating to relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset. Outside you'll find a sweet fire pit with a woodshed filled to the brim and an outdoor shower and bike wash!
