Una escalera exterior lleva al estudio en el piso de arriba con dormitorio doble, baño y terraza. Terraza privada con barbacoa alrededor de la piscina.

Wasserfällen und Jacuzzi, Bistro und schönem Palmengarten in Cala d'Or (Ortsteil Cala Egos). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants können Sie fußläufig erreichen (ca. 350 m). Cala d'Or hat sechs Strände, von denen Calo des Pou nur 250 m und Cala Egos 350 m von der Wohnung entfernt liegen. Den Hafen und das Zentrum von Cala d'Or können Sie innerhalb von 15-20 Gehminuten erreichen.

Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.
