Enjoy views of the Thompson River from this updated quirky, eclectic old “paycheque” style cottage with 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, full kitchen with a twin size daybed for a 3rd sleeping area, and private, fenced garden with covered patios for bird, sky and train watching. Deck off the dining room and hot tub and trampoline located in the back yard. Separate entrance and private space atop our garage. Double lot with us in the house attached.

Small town nearby for basics. 45min to 2 larger towns with all amenities. Completely private, waterfront with misc very friendly livestock on site. With only 2 cabins, 80m apart, enjoy your own little world. Or vacation with friends, host a wedding or family reunion! If renting both cabins, we allow RV's/tents with your party for a small fee.

Westsyde is a lovely community with many family friendly amenities nearby. Centennial park is a 5 minute walk and includes walking trails, petting zoo, playground, splash pad, bike pump track, disc golf, and a dog park. Downtown Kamloops is just a short 15 minute drive. We are a busy family of 4 upstairs and would love to host you in our home!

This perfect getaway space is nestled near the rivers and mountains of Lytton. There is a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, stove, toaster, fridge), a comfy couch, a full bathroom with shower, and a double bed in the loft above. We use natural and refillable products and an energy-efficient heat pump for heating and cooling. The space is small but feels open and peaceful. Cook a meal, cozy up, and enjoy the view.
