Apartman Hedonist is all you need!

We are renting an apartment in center of Novigrad. The city of Novigrad has a history that goes far back in time. The whole city is surrounded by walls which gives visitors a feeling of security and shelter. The apartment gives you a feeling of freshness and privacy. You can relax in peace on the private terrace or jump to the beach, which is a two-minute walk away. Near the apartment there are beaches, the central street which offers a lot of fun, in restaurants, bars and street entertainers.

City center apartment 10 meters from the sea

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

Arena & Seaview Luxury Residence

Located just next to the Arena with the only representative balcony overlooking the Arena and the performances and concerts inside it, this stunning luxury residence also has a full sea view with beautiful sunsets over the whole Pula bay. Enjoy the view of the Arena while sipping a glass of champagne on the balcony or from the windows watching the concerts, operas and other events inside the Arena. All rooms provide either a magnificent view of the Arena or full sea view.

Novi apartman, moderno uređen. Sadrži sve potrebno za jednu obitelj/grupu prijatelja (dvije spavaće sobe, kupaonica, dnevni boravak, kuhinja, velika terasa na krovu sa pogledom na more). Na terasi se nalazi solarni tuš pergola sa stolom, stolicama, roštiljem/ljetnom kuhinjom i ležaljkama. Apartman ima poseban ulaz i vlastito parkiralište. Nalazi se 700 metara od plaže, tržnice i trgovačkog centra te 800 metara od centra grada i niza restorana i ugostiteljskih objekata.

Throw open the curtains and watch the yachts - just meters away from you - going for a sail. Open the sun shades on the roof terrace and have breakfast enjoying the 360° view. All around in Portorož and beyond, there is a sea of opportunities to spend a perfect holiday at any time of the year

Vila ima 5 spavaćih soba s velikim bračnim krevetima, 2 dnevna boravka s kaminima, kuhinje i sofe. Svaka spavaća soba ima vlastitu kupaonicu, a u dnevnim boravcima nalaze se još 2 kupaonice. Svaka spavaća soba ima izlaz na terasu s prekrasnim pogledom na more. Vila se nalazi na brežuljku i okružena je zelenilom.

Appartamento molto suggestivo con travi a vista che oltre la posizione invidiabile con la vista sul centro storico si trova a due passi dalla spiaggia cittadina. Appartamento e piccolo ma con i spazi ben organizzati ed e ideale per 4 persone. Volendo ci possono stare 6 persone usufruendo dell divano letto matrimoniale nella zona giorno.
