Cheerful New Cottage Style Family Mountain Getaway

Centrally located in the rebuilding town of Paradise. Every home on our street was lost in the 2018 Camp Fire. We are the fourth home to be rebuilt on the street. There is new hope for this small mountain community. Decorated in a cozy cottage look with comfortable beds and everything you need in our stocked kitchen. Excellent internet and a smart TV . There is an outdoor table for and gas grill. Our local marina, Line Saddle, has boat, paddle board and kayak rentals for a day on the lake.

In the heart of historic downtown Oroville, Judge Gray's home (est. 1875), offers four suites (each w/ private bathroom and shower), kitchen, dining room, parlor, office & laundry. A couple or group of eight can enjoy the house while exploring the beauty and history of Butte County. Located 2 blocks from downtown’s unique restaurants, shops and the Feather River. One suite per guest (two guests maximum per suite.) Unbooked suites will be locked to keep the cleaning fee affordable.

Access to the Yuba River is as close as 20 mins to Edwards Crossing and 20 mins to Hoyts Crossing on Highway 49.

We are located on the edge of college town, about a mile from downtown, and close to iconic Chico locations (Bidwell Park, Bidwell Mansion, various music and theater venues, local dining and coffee shops, and more). Etta Lane Farm is a 1922 restored farm house located on a country road parallel to Butte creek, 5 miles south of Chico CA, surrounded by orchards in a quiet country setting. The farmhouse has been completely updated with access to many amenities on the 6 acre property. Including the pictured original "milkhouse" personal vineyard and pergola covered picnic area.
