The back and front porch are also nice places to spend some time outside. A large gazebo is perfect for hanging hammocks and relaxing.

It is right next to the ocean where you can swim, as well as walk on a foot bridge to a small island that is considered a local tourist site. There is also a private basketball half court, which can also be used to play volleyball and pickle ball. Disc golf, SUPs, kayaks, and a zip line can also be arranged for an additional fee. A milk goat farm is also adjacent to the property.
