All are welcome to stay in my quiet property, not far from the town centre. With its own patio and parking space(s), it is attached to my home but has a separate entrance and is completely private. You’re welcome to use my garden with its sheltered hammock - perfect for shade in the heat or for shelter if it's raining. It can be converted to a double bed-swing too. Enjoy the books and games provided, small free weights and yoga mat, or make use of the KitchenAid and do some baking. Indulge!

This charming barn is the perfect place to relax and unwind, with its peaceful location and beautiful surroundings. The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay, with two bedrooms, a living room with a fire, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. There is also free parking secured by an electric gate, a 49” Samsung Smart TV, free WiFi, and a gated garden area. It’s also located next to a golf course, a short walk from the local pub, a short drive from a Tesco and Starbucks.

Furnished to a high standard, the bungalow is located in a quiet, residential area of Runcorn with local shops within walking distance and the main railway station a 5 minute drive. Parking is available directly in front of the property. The bungalow is also a 15 minute drive to Liverpool’s John Lennon Airport and 25 minutes to Manchester Airport.

Welcome to our annexe! Situated in our back garden (with its own private entrance) , our cosy annex was completed in 2021 to a high standard. The annex comprises of double bedroom, bathroom, living area (that can be converted into a separate sleeping area) and a well equipped kitchenette. Located centrally within Chapelford, there is a pub (serving food), supermarket, chemist, park and train station (with direct trains to Manchester and Liverpool) all within a 3 minute walk.

Our apartments are in an ex police station located in a conservation area in the centre of Ashton-in-Makerfield with all the amenities you would expect, also Haydock Park Racecourse is a short walk. We strive to ensure, cleanliness, comfort and value for our guests. Ideal for contractors, trade, business and leisure travelers alike. Our room only option has a choice of two single beds or one super king bed with private shower room, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities.

Spacious Garden Studio in Stunning Lymm village

This delightful “Guest Studio” is situated just a short 3 minute stroll from the centre of Lymm village, where you will find good restaurants, pubs & bars. The “Guest Studio” is at the end of our garden and therefore separated over 100 yards from our main house. You will have your own separate entrance and there is a guest private parking space immediately outside. The “Guest Studio” overlooks our garden which you are more than welcome to use in the vicinity of the “Studio”.

Set in the hub of the thriving Warrington Centre, this location offers large grounds perfect for families and also close to nightlife and restaurants in Warrington! At the foot of the complex sits Warrington Central Train Station making this apartment a real option for commuters. The first floor at the back of an artists home in a quiet cul de sac, 10 minute walk to Lymm Village, 5 mins to Lymm Dam. Your own access is up a spiral staircase. A stunning garden with hobbit hut where you’re welcome to sit and relax looking over fields towards Lymm Water Tower. Small to medium dogs only, some don’t like the spiral staircase. A double bedroom, en suite, sofa bed in lounge and kitchenette.

Cosy house close to Newton Le Willows

This stylish terrace is perfectly situated for easy access into Manchester & Liverpool and also provides a cosy base to come home, kick your feet up and relax! A trendy high street in Newton-le-Willows is within walking distance & Earlestown train station less than a minute’s walk. There is also free on street parking on the road. Earlier check-in is usually available upon request :)
