Public boat launches are 3.8 mi away with several easy access beaches nearby. Home includes 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, garage, patio w/table, new appliances, washer/dryer, fireplace, smart tv, and sleeps 8. This quaint chalet is 25 miles from Mackinaw City and Mackinaw Island boat docks.

North Country Cabin

New construction studio cabin located in Carp Lake. The cabin is in a residential neighborhood directly off US 31. The cabin is located 6 miles south of Mackinaw City. This property has a shared access to Paradise Lake which is located at the intersection of Wheeling Road and Paradise Trail ( about a 2 minute walk from the cabin ). The cabin is also located directly across from the North Western State Trail, which is a hiking and biking trail in the summer and snowmobile trail in the winter.

Amazing fisherman's paradise. Burt lake access across the road & boat launch is just 1/2 mile away. Lots of parking. Lots of space inside to get ready for a day on the lake and for prepping family meals. This place is ideal for humble fishing families looking for a warm bed, hot shower, good meal, and a great time in the woods! We are off the beaten path, 15 minutes to town. We have high speed WiFi but the cell service can be spotty. Perfect place to turn off electronics & get away!

Mackinaw City is a short drive away & a visit to the island is a must. If you prefer dry ground, explore the vast trail system or the area golf courses. A perfect location to enjoy all seasons.

The cabin is very close to The North Country Trail & The North Western State Biking & Snowmobiling Trail. Property includes full access to cabin, fire pit, charcoal grill and yard. Currently we are renting this as an open bedroom loft with a queen bed. There is also a pull out sofa sleeper on the main floor, but you know the comfort level of those...
