Great Sandy Straits - Home with an Amazing View

Our Round House is located on a Rural Coastal Acreage, the edge of the Great Sandy Straits overlooking Fraser Island and the glorious blue waters on this area. Recently renovated and very comfortable we offer three bedrooms - the main Queen Bedroom upstairs has air conditioning, tv and an ensuite whilst downstairs is the Queen Bedroom and Twin Bedroom with the shared bathroom. There is also a separate toilet upstairs. Other areas to enjoy are the Lounge, Dining Room, BBQ, reading retreat & deck.

Absolute beachfront 2 story house at Toogoom beach. Peaceful and serine setting. Comfortably sleeps 4 adults 2 children. Large Pergola covered rear deck to take in the beach views. Direct beach access to launch your kayak, SUP or enjoy a swim in the kids safe beach. If you are a fisherman, public boat ramp is 1 minute away by car or why not just catch a flathead or mudcrab on the high tide while sipping a cold one. A 5 minute walk from Goody's and Salty squid cafes and 20 mins to Hervey Bay CBD

Experience a secluded retreat on 'SERENDIPITY LANE' First morning DIY breaky included. Surburban setting, park outside gate, private entrance, self checkin. Two kms to shopping centre/esplanade. Cosy queen bed. Roku smart TV. Double vanity bathroom, kitchenette and stylish BBQ to enjoy. Coffee Station with variety of coffee/tea. The Hot Tub is heated/cooled for your private use. Three minute walk around corner to BWS, bakery, butchery and IGA. Not equipped for children.

The Little House

Our Little House has an open plan living and bed/s space with a private bathroom and kitchenette. A number of stairs lead up to a small patio where the unit is located and there is plenty of space to park vehicle/s. Our homely Bnb is on our mango farm and all water used is rainwater. The birdlife is prolific and you will wake up to a morning chorus. There are plenty of gardens to view and starry skies at night. Guests will be warmly welcomed and left to relax and enjoy the country charm.

THE DECK ON KINGFISHER

THE DECK ON KINGFISHER is metres from an unspoilt dog friendly beach. Toogoom is a tranquil seaside village just 15mins to Hervey Bay. Ideal for getting away to enjoy fishing, boating or long walks. A short stroll along the beach for coffee or delicious eats! THE DECK is the perfect escape for couples and families. Open plan with a large deck for outdoor entertaining. All rooms are air conditioned. Fully fenced for privacy and safety with lockup garage and undercover parking for boat.

Separate from the main house, fully renovated, self-contained one room unit, with your own off-street parking, private entrance and outdoor BBQ area. Easy walking distance to river and boat ramp. Our village has a well stocked Food Works, Butcher and Bakery, or you walk up to the pub for a drink and a meal. Enjoy a coffee by the river, and if you are lucky, you may see Dugongs grazing on the river grass. Unfortunately, as much as we would like to, we cannot accommodate your fury friends.

45 Kingfisher Parade - walk across the road to the beach. Air con! Completed in 2013 this purpose-built beach house was designed by the owner Sal. Pet friendly (great deck and fenced yard). With beach house staples - steps to sit on, a day bed to relax on and a table to tell stories around this beach house was built. Pod design perfect for holidays! Ultimate digital detox location. No wifi (good 5G mobile internet). Great for reading books and truly relaxing. There is a TV and some DVDs

Riverview Getaway is a single storey 3 bedroom fully contained home with sweeping views of the Mary River taking in the Granville Bridge, cane fields and Bauple Mountain Range. It is a perfect base for a family holiday or a couples getaway exploring the Fraser Coast and our beautiful heritage city "Maryborough". The terraced river bank allows access to a large river flat and deepwater river frontage. Please note that the bank is steep but you are more than welcome to explore.
