With easy access to coastal walking tracks, 500m walk to the beach, 5 mins from Lyttelton & 20 mins to Christchurch central this space is the perfect getaway spot. Large open plan kitchen. Two Large rooms, one Queen size bed in a common area (which incorporates the kitchen) and the other a king size bed in a large spacious bedroom. This accommodation unit is situated on a working farm in the quietness of the countryside with all the comforts of home. Common room with queen bed, includes full kitchen, microwave, oven, fridge, fireplace, bathroom, television, and DVD player, Sky TV. A private garden is also part of the quiet countryside accommodation.

This luxury hideaway provides the peace and quiet of nature, whilst maintaining close proximity to all that the city and suburbs has to offer. Brookside Country Escape 40 Minutes to CHC Airport

Arrive at the wonderful space we have created for a peaceful relaxing stay. Sit on the deck or in the spa and enjoy a gorgeous sunset with a glass of wine listening to the bird song. The spaces include a well-appointed kitchen, warm and inviting living area. Separate bedroom with a comfy queen bed. A sofa bed is available for a third guest or sleeping separate. Breakfast includes milk, cereal, fruit, tea and coffee and some lovely farm fresh eggs. Check in via a lock box, flexible.

This stand alone cottage which is centrally located in Rolleston, is an ideal place to stopover between the bottom and top of the South Island or a couple wanting to see the sights of Selwyn. The cottage has a self contained kitchenette, separate bathroom, shower, toilet, wood burner, heater, heated towel rail. Near Burnham (Military Camp), Rolleston, IZone and the Selwyn Equestrian Centre. Self contained (en suite) accomodation which is part of a professional equestrian facility (sadly there are no horses to ride; but you can bring your own). As this is a working equestrian facility you may hear life starting around 7:30am.

Silk Tree Cottage is a modern, self-contained standalone property perched on 5 acres of serene, park like grounds. It sits separately from the main house, offering guests privacy and tranquility. Located 2 minutes from State highway 1 and 20 minutes to Christchurch airport and similar time into the city.
