For a quiet, relaxing stay overlooking gorgeous rolling hills and near to glorious beaches then this is the place! The Seashells has the lovely sandy beaches of Brancaster, Holme and Holkham on its doorstep. These popular coastal villages including Thornham and Burnham Market have a great selection of restaurants, the nearest being the renowned White Horse just a few minutes walk from the cottage. The cottage has been recently renovated; it’s fresh, simple and comfortable, all on the one level.

Twixt is a mid-terrace Victorian cottage located in the idyllic North Norfolk village of Burnham Overy Staithe. It's just a short walk from the picturesque quay and the North Norfolk coastal path. Recently refurbished and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay - whether a weekend or a longer break - it will comfortably accommodate four people in the two bedrooms which are furnished with a kingsize and twin beds. There is also room for a travel cot in the master bedroom.

Our spacious bungalow is set within a wonderful quiet location of Brancaster. The village needs no introduction, beautiful beaches,pubs,sailing,boutique shops. Miles upon miles of tracks for walking/talking/eating & drinking. This property is 15 mins walk to the beach & 15 mins walk to Brancaster Staithe harbour along the coastal path. It is open plan,spacious & the 2 large bi- fold doors leading into the garden allow light aplenty. 4 bicycles for your amusement. Parking for 3 cars out front.

Relax and enjoy a cosy stay in our beautiful and peaceful family home in Burnham Deepdale. Ideally located, just off the North Norfolk coastal path it is the perfect place to get away and enjoy the scenic surroundings. Close to the stunning beaches of Brancaster, Holkham and Scolts Head Island, golf courses and the charming town of Burnham Market with its award winning restaurants, deli’s and boutique shops. Please note that it is a family home, therefore a £1000 damage deposit is required.

Belle Air is a two bedrooms two bathrooms bungalow beautifully located in the wonderful village of Brancaster. The property offers off road parking for two cars, and a spacious garden with a reading garden shade. The location is ideal for beach goers, golf players, bird watchers and anyone who love beautiful skies and discover the Norfolk coast. Just a wonderful place to stay where you can enjoy a summer on the beach or a warm cosy weekend by the fire during the winter days after a walk.

The Loft, Wells-next-the-Sea

The Loft is a spacious penthouse apartment in Wells-next-the-Sea with fabulous saltmarsh views and allocated parking for one car. Wells Quay is a 5 min stroll away where you can discover an array of independent coffees shops, restaurants and shops. The Loft welcomes families with children over the age of 5, and is able to be booked with Driftwood (first floor 2 bed apartment) should you wish for large groups to get together to explore the beautiful North Norfolk coastline.

Situated in Snettisham, Hammond’s Courtyard offers peace and tranquility, ideally located to explore the beaches. Snettisham is a stone throw away from the Royal residence, Sandringham House and RSPB Snettisham. The property is suitable for up to 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old. Hammond’s Courtyard is the perfect place to stay with a luxurious, romantic and spacious living area with a private oriental courtyard, encompassing all your needs for a relaxing stay.

Walk To The Beach From This Charming Cottage

Recently refurbished, Morris’s Cottage is nestled in the centre of one of North Norfolk’s loveliest villages, opposite gastropub ‘The Hero’, with nearby bus stop giving access to many coastal towns and villages and a short walk to the village playing fields with two hard tennis courts and well equipped playground. The harbour is just two minutes away with stunning walks out to the sea and ferry to Scolt Head Island where hours can be spent with a picnic in the dunes!

Sunny Seaside Escape in Brancaster Staithe

St Anne’s is a fun, quirky coastal bungalow perfect for a family getaway. Sleeping 2-6 guests in the main part of the house and a further 4 in the 2 bedroom annex. Situated in the north Norfolk coast in Brancaster Staithe, the cottage is walking distance from the local harbour and sailing club as well as the notorious Jolly Sailors pub. A large and enclosed private garden and inner courtyard with a sheltered west facing patio. There is parking for several cars.

Little Redwings is the perfect location for couples wanting a coastal getaway. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Brancaster Staithe, yet still within walking distance to the pubs, Coastliner bus stop, harbour, and many other popular coastal attractions. Having just been completely refurbished in January 2024, Little Redwings is designed to offer luxurious and comfortable accommodation in an open plan studio. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets.

The house is in the small village of Brancaster Staithe on the North Norfolk coast – designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is in a small group of houses, three minutes’ walk from the Staithe with its sailing club, fishing sheds, ice cream truck, the marshes and coastal path. Enormous skies, sun and soft winds make this an area we have loved to return to for over 25 years. We hope that you will come to love it as we have.
