Your hosts have five years of experience as superhosts in another bedroom on the premises and are excited to welcome you to this newly renovated space.

Studio 46 ~ Spacious South-End Studio Apartment

Studio 46 is newly re-opened! Having shutdown over the covid years, we took some time to do a few improvements. The Studio is an open & spacious private space for 2 guests in Burlington's South End. It's within a couple miles of the Church Street Marketplace & Waterfront events, and walking distance to the Pine Street Arts District, Craft Breweries, City Beaches & the bike path. This along with the convenient access to Interstate 89 makes it a great location for your next Burlington visit.

The guesthouse is in a separate building located behind a single family home. It is a dual story building with a studio apartment on the second floor and a sitting/play area on the first. There is one queen sized bed, bathroom, kitchen, and living room area. We have been told the steps to the second floor are steep which may be difficult for some.
