Situated in the quite village of Bransgore on the edge of the New Forest this cosy one bedroom annex is ideally located to explore the new forest and surrounding areas, As well as being fully equipped the property also has a private court yard garden fully fenced so it is dog friendly. The village has a good variety of shops and 3 pubs all within walking distance that all serve good food. The area is perfect for walking, cycling and horse riding and is 4 miles from Avon Beach and mudeford quay.

Watch the sunrise from bed, then (with a day pass) you can fish or just sit on the large covered verandah or open deck area, watch the wildlife and then walk into town to shop/eat/drink in 5 mins. Having been refurbished to a high standard, the cottage is located within 7 mins walking distance of the village of Lyndhurst's high-street, which has a selection of fantastic restaurants, pubs, shops and cafes. The open forest is also a short distance from the cottage and leads to endless walks, cycle rides and heaps of exploring!

Newly renovated large flat

Newly refurbished spacious ground floor apartment in a central location within a short walk through Boscombe Gardens to the glorious beach. The owner lives in the flat above (two storey building) and parking is available on the drive or on the street outside the building. This is the first time hosting in Bournemouth, formerly in Vancouver, Canada and Manchester UK where my husband and I had excellent feedback always. The garden at the rear needs work! Wine/tea/coffee provided.

We are fully compliant with the updated Government Fire Regulations for Holiday Lets in effect from October 2023.

The Stables is a wonderful getaway located in the beautiful village of Burley in the New Forest, next to our family home. It offers a spacious and light open plan living and kitchen area, log burning stove, 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, boot room and outside patio area. With direct access on to the open forest right outside the gate, you really are spoilt for choice of beautiful walking trails, cycle routes and bridleways to enjoy the breathtaking National Park.
