Luxe two bedroom, two bathroom townhouse a short 50 meter walk from the stunning Gold Coast beach of Northcliffe. Walking distance from the vibrant shopping and restaurants of both Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, but away from the noisy hustle and bustle. Private access to the Beach House’s courtyard is straight off the street - there is no lift needed to navigate whilst juggling your suitcases and surfboards. It is on the top of the hill and always gets the breeze but there's ducted air con if you need it. The house is light and airy with antique furniture. There are views from most windows. Four bedrooms, two toilets and two showers. The large deck is great for evening drinks and BBQs.
