Our home is located in historic Louisa County in Central Virginia on a five-acre wooded lot facing the South Anna River. Richmond is 30 minutes away and Charlottesville is less than an hour. The entire lower level of our home is used for the Airbnb. (We live in the upper level.) The decor is "homey" with some personal items. Children, pets, and smoking are not allowed. The internet is fast and cell phones work with WiFi calling. Food deliveries are not available due to our remote location.

Freedom Cove is a true lakefront escape—floor-to-ceiling A-frame windows frame stunning views of Lake Anna. A spacious boathouse and oversized dock offer the perfect spot to relax by the water. Tucked in a peaceful cove, it’s a serene, stylish retreat designed for comfort . Our home is on the private side of Lake Anna. Guests cannot use the private community boat launch. While public marinas are available nearby, the public side is not connected by water to the house in the private side.

Welcome to "The Home Stretch", a beautiful quiet place in the country just a few miles from Short Pump (which has great restaurants, Golf Courses, Drive Shack, wineries, Breweries. Our second floor apartment features a private entrance with all the things you may need while you are away from home. It has a spacious living area, eat in kitchen, queen bed and 2 trundle-like twin beds. We are on the premises but not in your space at all. Available day and night should you need anything.
