There’s a 40’s style radio in the living room, equipped with Alexa and ready to play your favorite songs at your command. (We used to have dance parties and practice 2 stepping. The bedrooms share a mini split unit that keep you cool in summer and warm when it’s chilly. There’s a stand alone unit in the main area of the house. There are smart tv’s in the living room, the guest room, and the loft.

Our newly renovated & charming 1-bedroom bungalow has everything you need for your Brownwood, TX stay. Centrally located near downtown Brownwood and Howard Payne University. Conveniently walk to The Lehnis Railroad Museum or Depot Plaza and enjoy events put on by the Chamber of Commerce. Take a short 1/2 mile drive to downtown & experience the local shops & restaurants. If you need more space, book Station B too & enjoy the entire property privately.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Sit on the back porch over looking the Jim Ned Creek while watching the sun come up with your cup of coffee. The top bunks are rated for 80lbs so the house is set up for 6 adults and 2 children. 3 lots for playing and relaxing. Dock for fishing, swimming or boat parking.
