Be mindful the nest is perched above the garage and is only accessible by steep stairs.

Emerald Lodge

I just updated what was the "Locust Lodge" to the "Emerald Lodge"! Now let's see if this name sticks or I change it to "Lime and Tequila Lodge", and.. still.. open to suggestions. I decided to paint one of the walls green, and upgraded a few other things that I am sure you will appreciate. There is a new memory foam mattress, flat screen TV, desk, table with four chairs, all sorts of new kitchen accoutraments, a gorgeous water color painting from a friend of mine, and lots of love.

Excellent location, easy walk or bike access to downtown and university. Enjoy one of America's most bicycle-friends towns in a cozy (170 sq. ft) Davis bicycle-themed space. The space offers a tranquil view of a garden and fruit trees and decor selected by a professional designer. New construction and new decor. There is one parking space available on the premises for this suite and a private entrance with self-entry. Private entrance. Wall shared with garage; not with main house.

Vineyard stay on Great Bear Vineyards, homestead

A rustic homestead, built in 1860, set in a beautiful vineyard and farm. A very simple dwelling, with old and antique furnishings. It does have electric lights and a small bathroom with a shower, but that is about the last modernization this old homestead has seen in the last 160 years. If you are looking for a quiet get-away with no kitchen and no TV, where you can listen to the birds sing and squirrels play on the roof, then this is the place for you.

The East Sac Hive, Guest Studio
