Close to the historic coastal town of Lymington and railway station, an ancient seaport with a rich maritime history plus interesting architecture much of which is Georgian and Victorian. Cosy living space, wifi, smart TV, kitchen and bathroom with large shower, bedroom with king size bed. It also includes a lockable undercover storage for two bikes.

Two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite with a feature bath), king-sized beds and comfortable mattresses.

The Pigsty

Hut in the Forest

A charming oak Shepherd's Hut, situated on a 2 acre small holding in the heart of the New Forest. We run a brewery (PIG BEER) with beer garden on site. We play ambient music from 12pm up until 8:30pm in the summer. Check out @pigbeerco for current opening hours. We have an excellent farm shop and vineyard next door, and a good pub (The Filly) within 2 minutes walk. Setley is based 2 minutes drive outside of Brockenhurst. We're 20 minutes from Highcliffe Beach, and 5 minutes from Lymington.

The Armadilla is a unique, self contained Pod at the bottom of our quiet large garden. It’s located just a short walk from the mainline station, village centre shops and restaurants. Handbuilt in Scotland by craftsman the Armadilla has a kitchen, the 2 sofas can convert into single beds or a king size bed, there is a wetroom. Underfloor heating and filtered air keep the place warm, cosy and clean. We have secure off road parking for one car.

A refurbished end of terrace cottage. Capacity for 7 plus 2 on sofa bed (extra charge & must be pre-arranged) with ensuite. The cottage is located in the charming village of Brockenhurst which is the largest village in The New Forest & home to shops, restaurants & pubs. Brockenhurst is in the New Forest national park and the property is close to amazing river walks and open heath. Donkeys, ponies, donkey’s & cattle roam around.
