Well equipped kitchen, dining room and a bright & airy living room - a fantastic space whatever the season; curl up by the fire or open the enormous barn doors to the sunshine. We are a few miles from the famous Horsey seal colony (spectacular in winter with 100s of seals) & Norfolk Broads including Hickling Broad, a favourite for wildlife lovers. The studio has private entrance, en-suite bathroom, basic kitchenette and courtyard garden with outdoor cooking station and barbecue. It’s an extension of a family home but the private entrance means you can come and go as you please

This is a beautiful open plan 2 bed cottage on one level. Tucked behind the sand dunes of an award winning beach & situated directly on the coastal path. The cottage is cosy with wood floors throughout & well equipped for your stay. The wood burner makes this the perfect retreat even in the winter. The cottage is completely fenced in & dog friendly (can't guarantee your dog won't get out depending on its size) . Supermarkets will deliver. The cottage has a selection of bicycles for your use.

Two former stock carriages have been joined together by a master craftsman turning them into this stylish cabin with a generous luxury bathroom connecting the kitchenette/bedroom and lounge/bedroom. Life here is about inside/outside living with a beautiful outlook over fields and plenty of grass for the children to play.

The Lodge at Lyng Mill

Peaceful, rustic and romantic lodge in the grounds of an 18th century mill house on the river Wensum at Lyng Mill, North Norfolk. Swim in the river or light the wood burner, get back to nature in this cosy romantic setting. The Lodge sits in a wooded area underneath a giant red cedar tree. It is also on the banks of the mill pond, a perfect wild swimming spot with its own outdoor shower. It is bright and airy in summer but warm and cosy in the winter months. We love dogs, all welcome.

Crossing Retreat is a timber clad modern barn which has been renovated to give guests a taste of the countryside with a quirky twist. The large bi-folding doors along one side of the Retreat allow guests to open up their living space to the outdoors, perfect for those warm evenings. In the cooler months it provides a great source of light, enabling guests to take in the surrounding fields which provide lovely views. The projector and pool table are super additions to keep you entertained.
