Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und Kapselmaschine. Nächster Lift ist Gaisberg ( 3 Gehminuten) , ebenso die Bushaltestelle. Der Badesee und das Zentrum sind jeweils in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die weltberühmte Stadt Kitzbühel ist nach einer kurzen Fahrt zu besuchen. Minipool des Hauses mitbenutzbar.

Überdachte Garage sind vorhanden. Eine Terrasse mit Liegefläche und ein herrlicher Ausblick über sämtliche Berge lässt so manche Herzen höher schlagen.

Our cozy holiday apartment offers you a wonderful view of the mountains - especially the Wilder Kaiser. The apartment is quietly located and is divided into a large entrance hall with a wardrobe, two cozy bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x 2 single beds), a fully equipped kitchen and a small bathroom. For your daily needs, there is a supermarket and a bakery in the immediate vicinity. The historic town of Kufstein can be reached by car in about 10 minutes.
