It is a half block to the Prudence Island and Providence to Newport Ferry and a short walk to the Bike Shop (rentals) and the East Bay Bike Path which leads to Colt State Park. Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

Just steps from the Prudence Island Ferry dock, historic Robin Rug mill, restaurants, shops, and the East Bay bike path, and a five-minute drive to Roger Williams University or Colt State Park. (Situated halfway between Providence and Newport — a perfect location!) *Note: Our lovely main floor/front staircase can be rented for wedding and other photography sessions.

You'll love this basement apartment in our home in the quiet neighborhood of Common Fence Point. Parking is available in the driveway outside your private entrance to the apartment. Full-size windows for fresh air and lots of natural light. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and the living room has a trundle bed which makes 2 twin beds. Occupancy per the town ordinance is 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12. There is a small beach and shoreline for your enjoyment.
