We will provide the breakfast hamper include Cereal, Bread, Eggs, Milk, Butter, Jam, Coffee & Tea. You will enjoy a relaxing time with us.

Only 5 minutes walk to Sandgate Village with Moreton bay beyond, and just 250m from Sandgate Station. As our guests you are invited to stroll through our extensive gardens and if you wish sit around a large firepit with wood supplied from our property.

Studio apartment in the heart of Graceville

Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.
