Conveniently located near North Berkeley dining and shopping, Lawrence Berkeley Lab, SLMath Institute, Greek Theater, UC Berkeley Campus, and nature. We are steps from over 2,000 acres of open space in Tilden Regional Park, with Redwoods, miles of trails, an amazing botanic garden, a golf course, and more! Spacious Private Garden Studio

Just a few minutes from the Greek Theater, UC Berkeley, Downtown Berkeley and BART, Chez Panisse and award-winning restaurants, LBL, and plenty more, this spacious studio gets natural light over the course of the day. Facing our neighbor's yard, you may even get to see wildlife passing through. With a king-sized bed, fireplace heater, nice-sized bathroom, closet, sit/stand desk, Keurig, television, and its own entrance, you can be comfortable whether you are here for business or for pleasure!

LAFAYETTE STAND-ALONE COTTAGE HIDEAWAY

This is a charming stand alone cottage next to the main house with its own private entrance. You'll have access to an acre of garden which you are welcome to relax in. It has a full size fridge with a stackable washer dryer The property is 11 minutes from the Lafayette BART and 7 minutes from Walnut Creek town center by car. Briones Wildlife Park is less than a mile away. We have 4 cats and two small dogs. Pets are welcome but we ask for large dogs to be on leash. TESLA charging available.
